Warranty Coverage

Warranty duration varies depending on where the product was purchased:

  • Purchases made on the official CASTA DIVA website (castadivahome.com)
    Enjoy an 18-month limited warranty provided directly by CASTA DIVA.

  • Purchases made through authorized retailers or third-party platforms
    Covered by a standard 12-month limited warranty.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
Depending on the issue, CASTA DIVA may provide:

  • Free replacement parts, or

  • Product replacement (at CASTA DIVA’s discretion)

A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

We strongly recommend installation by a licensed professional plumber or contractor.
