CASTA DIVA is committed to providing high-quality, reliable, and thoughtfully engineered smart toilet products. Each unit is crafted with premium materials and undergoes strict quality control to ensure long-lasting performance and customer satisfaction.

Warranty Coverage

Warranty duration varies depending on where the product was purchased and the purchase date:

Purchases made on the official CASTA DIVA website (castadivahome.com)

  • Orders placed on or after June 10, 2026: Covered by a 2-Year Limited Warranty provided directly by CASTA DIVA.
  • Orders placed before June 10, 2026: Covered by an 18-Month Limited Warranty.

Purchases made through authorized retailers or third-party platforms

Products purchased through Amazon, The Home Depot, Wayfair, and other authorized retailers are covered by a 12-Month Limited Warranty.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

Depending on the issue, CASTA DIVA may provide:

  • Free replacement parts, or
  • Product replacement (at CASTA DIVA's sole discretion)

A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

We strongly recommend installation by a licensed professional plumber or contractor. CASTA DIVA is not responsible for failures or damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow installation instructions.

CASTA DIVA is not responsible for damages or repairs resulting from parts purchased from unauthorized sellers.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover, and may be voided by:

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear
  • Improper installation or installation not performed by a licensed professional
  • Relocating or moving the product after installation
  • Unauthorized modification, alteration, disassembly, or repair attempts
  • Damage caused by harsh chemicals, improper maintenance, or abrasive cleaning products
  • Issues resulting from unstable voltage, poor water quality, freezing conditions, or environmental factors outside product specifications
  • Commercial, industrial, or non-residential use unless otherwise specified

CASTA DIVA reserves the right to inspect, diagnose, and determine the appropriate resolution for all warranty claims. Warranty coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
