It's a great product all around. I did the installation myself (no plumber), which was straightforward. One problem I would note is that because of the weight, it's difficult to set it on the donut in a very tight location, which I have. I mitigated this by placing it on 2x4s, centering it, and then lowering it.Awesome Toilet! I did a master bath renovation and always wanted to have a bidet.

Best upgraded bidet. Very pleased with product. Only con is not having easy way to determine fill level of foam cleaner other than looking for non-foam flush.

In love with my toilet! It was the first thing I ordered for my master bedroom when I moved into my new home. My husband couldn't believe I actually went through with ordering the toilet. He thought it was an unnecessary expense when we had a nice functional toilet already. Now (months later) however, he is a pro who uses all the wash and dry features on the toilet- lol!

The good:
the rotating spray actually does increase the area covered.
The surface spray foam is pretty cool and does seem to trap odors.
Toilet seems to be made of decent quality materials
The bad:
The auto open is SLOOOOOW. What on earth made the designers think that people wanted to wait 10 seconds to use the toilet? Mystifying
Spray wand sometimes gets water outside of the bowl.
Adjusting the toilets settings can be overly complicated.
Why did they put buttons on the BACK of the remote?
Flush isn’t particularly powerful, not bad, but not great.

There are other toilets that cost less that do the same
