CASTA DIVA CD-K020 – Smart Toilet with Wider Seat, Heated Seat & Foot Sensor

Great Product.

Convenient, intelligent... happy to buy it!

This smart toilet is truly a game-changer for improving the quality of life! The automatic flush function is incredibly convenient, so you never have to worry about forgetting to flush. The heated seat is such a thoughtful feature, especially in winter, providing extra comfort. You can adjust the temperature to your preference and even save the settingsso smart! The remote control is simple and intuitive, making it easy to adjust the water pressure and temperature. Even during a power outage, the emergency flush feature gives me peace of mind. Installation was straightforward, almost plug-and-play. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to enhance their living comfort!

Absolutely love it. This is my first fancy toilet and I have to say the warm seat and bidget is a life changer. This was a great purchase. I do recommend to get someone that knows how to install it since it can be a little complicated.

The casta diva smart toilet is a game changer and it was a surprise gift for my wife. She is very happy. Communication was superb with this vendor and shout out to Demi! Thank you

I recently purchased casta diva smart toilet. It's a fantastic addition to my home! The smart features, such as the automatic flush, foot sensor flush and customizable bidet cleansing, make it incredibly convenient and hygienic. Installation was easy, you can use the existing flange without purchase a new one. Overall, I am delighted with this purchase!

This is a wonderful product! Plumber installed this fairly easily even though our bathroom is on the smaller end. The fancy toilet is extremely comfortable to sit on and warms nicely. Remote is easy to use, you are able to heat up the seat, control the temperature and water pressure with the remote. Nightlight is helpful Very happy with the smart toilet, totally upgraded the bathroom experience for our family.

I couldn't wait to install my new smart toilet. After using it a couple times, I can't express how much I love it. 1.When using a regular toilet, my little son sometimes forget to flush and the stink bored me a lot. now this trouble is gone. 2. The seat of this toilet will be wider than the seat of the toilet I bought before, it's so comfortable, and my husband has been using it since it was installed and has forgotten that we have any other toilets

We recently renovated our bathroom. After a lot of research, I finally decided on this casta diva smart toilet. It's cost-effective, functional, has great performance and packed with features. One of our favorite things about it is the heated seat, it is wide, warm and comfortable. Another great feature is the bidet, which has instant hot water technology that is mixed with air for a truly enjoyable experience. The bidet wand nozzle is self-cleaning and has different settings: comfortable rear wash, massage wash, and front wash. The water pressure and temperature are adjustable, too. This is a tankless unit that connectsit's pipe directly to a water supply. Its flushing power is impressively reliable that maximizes water usageto take away any waste buildup. We are satisfied with it so far.

We upgraded our master bath. We read and heard comments on this. Absolutely correct! This is the best bidet we have ever used. It’s been just over a year and have had ZERO problems! The warmth of the seat is great in winter! I highly recommend having a professional install this as we did and we are totally happy!

The 5-level seat warming is amazing in winter. The soft night light is a nice touch for late-night trips. The self-cleaning nozzle keeps everything hygienic!

The nozzle self-cleans before and after useso clean! The auto-flush is good, and the foot sensor is super responsive.

Had a pairing issue with the remote and the seat. I reached out, not expecting I was gonna get much resolved. They not only sent me another remote, when that one didnt work they sent me another. When that didnt work. They sent me a whole new seat. It took a while, but they were more diligent than I was when I was ready to give up. I cannot recommend their customer service enough. Ive never encountered such good help and support from any company.

The product is as good as described. The installation was easy and instructions were perfect. I had an occasion to contact the Casta Diva Home customer service. I found them to be very attentive and responsive. My issue was addressed very quickly. I highly recommend Casta Diva Home products

It's a good balance of functionality and modern style.

I've been waiting for this! The slow-close lid is fantastic.

I tried pushing the lid down quickly, and it still closed slowlynever accidentally wakes up the family with a loud bang!

I never knew how much I needed a bidet until I tried this. The pressure is just right!

Had issues flushing and contacted support. They told me correctly that this was an issue with the hose being kinked, and once that was addressed, it flushed properly again. Support was A+, can't complain

This Toilet Will Definitely Spoil You!!!

Love this new toilet. It was just what we were looking for. We love all of the options on it. Glad that this one does not have the self opening and closing lid. Had one in a timeshare and we found that annoying. This one is perfect. Good temp and pressure controls. Dryer takes a while, but is nice. Flushes great. No clogs. Easy to clean inside and outside. Good price. The chair height is great for my knees. Extremely happy with the purchase.

Great toilet. Was a bit of a funny surprise using the bidet. Being able to control the water temperature and pressure with the remote control was very satisfying. Auto flush a joy. Sleek design and modern. Would buy again.

We are very impressed with the customer service as they have responded immediately for a missing part, shipped it and also followed up if it worked for us. We liked the product very much and its features. It has a nice sensor at foot level to flush it in addition to a manual flush button, auto flush and remote. I liked this sensor as we do not have to bend to reach the manual flush button, an excellent feature!

I renovated both bathrooms and purchased 2 casta diva bidets from their website. Installed first one but there was problem with lid automation and foot sensor. I reached out to Casta Diva and within minutes a rep replied. Although it took about 6 weeks to get seat replacement, which was not too hard to install, Demi, the rep was very good with communicating with me. I always got a response from her and she kept me updated with new seat replacement. Both bidets work well, no further problems after 2 months. Very modern and minimalist design. Very good customer service.

we bought this toilet for our master bath in our country cottage in Ontario, Canada. The product is solid with high precision. was easily installed by our own hands . well written installation guidelines. the remote holder bracket was not designed solid, the plastic indents of the installed bracket to the wall that holding the remote's holder broke after few tries of dislodging and lodging the remote control due to the strength of magnets . I wrote the issue on Amazon's question to the vendor section. within 24 hours the replied and after I gave them my phone number the called and talked to me on phone. with 2 days the shipped a new remote and assembly kit . In addition agreed to improve the design of remote control holder and send me a replacement for free. During this interact they were so courteous and helpful. the person spoke fluent English. I was so impressed . By the way their website sells the product 20% lower than Amazon cost Bijan Kazemi of Eastern Ontario

This product is awesome. The only thing that I would say is make sure that you have the right waterlines in advance. If you try to change go from a 3/8 to the 1/2 which the unit comes with you will not get enough water pressure for the unit to function correctly.

I am in love with this! The quality is so good, seem so durable, nice attention to detail. I can wait to have it installed! Really love this !!
