Ask product supportThis toilet arrived quickly and installed per instructions .. it is compact and gave us more floor space in a very small bathroom .. their Customer service was very responsive and easy to work with
So Ive had this for a few months now. The first one had a defect but customer support was able to help get it resolved. This is designed for a 12 offset however you need to be careful on where your water shutoff is. This sits so close to the wall that the shutoff needs to be about 8-9 minimum to the left or right of the drain pipe. Or nearly flush to the wall like mine. I had to cut my pipe and push it close to the wall. But it really makes shutting off the water a pain in the event of an emergency. The toilet looks great though and is very easy to clean. It has 2 flush options. The bigger button for number 2 uses a bit more water. The smaller size for number 1s and uses a bit less. Flushes great. My only issue is the lack of instructions. The included instructions explain the install but nothing about the two flush options. Or what the adjustments do inside the water tank. I just left them alone.
We chose this toilet over 7 others because the measurements stated seat height to be 17". Actually it's barely 16". This was rather disappointing. Inside of tank had 3 sharp spots that were not properly glazed and cut my finger. Installation was not bad; just follow the instructions. Other than being disappointed about inaccurate height, we're happy with this toilet. Appears to flush very well.
So far I love it. Flushes quietly and it's very easy to clean. I'll probably buy 2 more
I keep it under a storage shelf, which is perfect for my small bathroom
Just what I needed ????
This is a beautiful and modern toilet. Flush quality is impressively strong. This is a dual flush system (one for #1 and one for #2). Cleanup is also super easy because of the smooth design. Craftsmanship is flawless.
Very very easy to install and honestly the price is great for how well everything is everything flows very well and isnt to large also very easy to clean
