CASTA DIVA CD-Y090 – Smart Toilet with Auto Open/Close, Heated Seat & Digital Display

We are renovating our bathroom, and a top priority was a smart toilet with bidet. For background, I have not used an all-in-one unit like this before, so this is my first. We installed the toilet last night, which was very straightforward. I haven��t used all of the features, but those that I have used have all worked just as expected. I find the sensitivity of the auto-open feature to be appropriate - I can walk to the sink without opening the toilet, for example. The heated seat is excellent, and the pre-wetting feature works well. The rear wash is excellent, especially with the very-easy-to-use remote. Our toilet paper usage will definitely plummet. The drying feature is also very nice. The toilet operates quietly and looks nice installed (as nice as a toilet can look, to me at least). If my first impressions change, I will update this review, but so far I am thrilled with the product. I found it difficult to decide which smart toilet to buy, as there are many in the same price range with relatively few reviews, but I am thrilled with this one so far. We will be renovating another bathroom soon and I am thinking we will buy the same thing again.

My husband has had some medical issues that needed special care. We bought this product and had it installed by a specialist. It worked immediately and we have not had any problems. My husband loves it!! I enjoy it too!

Toilet has one significant flaw! The water shut off after pre flush and flush is sudden and causes water hammer in your plumbing. After five months of use I now am experiencing knocking/rattling plumbing in my water lines. I am currently cutting out drywall to try and track down and resolve the loose pipe. The toilet needs a revised water shut of valve to prevent the water hammer damage. I have installed two water hammer arrestors to the toilet supply line but they only help intermittently. So if you are fine with a toilet that damages your plumbing this is the toilet for you!

Purchased 2 of these bidets 3 weeks ago. They work fabulously. We installed them ourselves with no issues. Highly recommend this product.

The Bidet works as expected. I did have an issue which was answered and resolved within 24 hours. Customer service is excellent. They answered my inquiry via email. I do recommend this Bidet.

I love my Casta Diva. it's been working very well for a few months now, and now I have a problem with the seat not heating up to the maximum temperature, but the customer service solved the problem in time and sent me the appropriate accessories!

I recently purchased the Casta Diva Elongated Smart Bidet Toilet 1.28GPF and I'm so glad I did. It is extremely easy to use and the automatic features make it a breeze. The warm seat is especially nice on those chilly mornings. I love that it has a nightlight so you can easily find it in the dark. The overall design is sleek and modern, and it fits in perfectly with my bathroom. I would highly recommend this bidet toilet to anyone looking for a quality product.

I just get this toilet installed by a professional plumber in my condo. All was in the box (even the Canadian adapter 1/2-3/8) I put the little Tushi bench to avoid it opens each time i use my sink. If you have a house with low pressure it s not the good one buy the model for low pressure. The model for low pressure is the CD-Y010Pro. I have enough pressure so it s powerful. No complain for now ?? Enjoy ??

As a General contractor installing hundreds of toilets, I bought this for my master bath. Overall a great toilet. Here are some things you should know before purchasing. The water supply location could affect your install. So if your water supply line is close to that like mine was, you��ll have to relocate it. Also know that with any electric bidet, you��ll need an outlet down near the bottom of the toilet so keep in mind you��ll need an electrician or an extension cord. With this particular toilet, as other reviewers have mentioned, the auto open and close function could get annoying if you just walk by- it opens. But it does close after about 20s if it doesn��t sense somebody actually sitting on it, not a deal killer. I��ve also read other users say that the flush is weak, originally yes. The first flush does not fully rinse the bowl. I found that this toilet flushes several times during use. If you lean up to wipe, it thinks you��re getting up and flushes which gets annoying. All the features work as they say they do except the dryer is a bit weak. Understandably, it��s no leaf blower but I can��t see anybody sitting on there for as long as it would take to actually dry up. So in the end you end up using toilet paper that almost immediately disintegrates. Lol. But hey- at least it has one, most don��t. And lastly-yes, the remote could be better designed. When you grab it, you almost ALWAYS inadvertently activate the side buttons (poor location) which trigger the open/close seat lids.

Love this but as with many things in life, it��s prejudice against left handers lol. When I wipe it thinks I stood up and flushes. Very annoying. Is it possible to turn off the auto flush??

Amazing toilet. I love it so much. However, the toilet does whistle and the wash function got stuck on cold. I contacted the company and they responded fast with replacement parts. Very happy with purchase.

We bought this for our master bedroom restroom and we like it so much temperature control seat, water & other good features as well . definitely going to buy another for other restrooms.

Overall happy with this toilet however because it shuts off the flow of water very abruptly it causes water hammer in the plumbing system and it has caused a section of the water line to loosen and it makes a rattling sound every time the toilet is flushed. There should be a pressure relief valve included with this toilet. I now have to locate the loose water line, cut out the drywall and re attach the water line!

This toilet required a 12 inch rough in. After removing my existing toilet we discovered we have a 10 inch rough in. I can't tell you how sad I was. I was really looking forward to enjoying this toilet. But I am giving it a 5 star because I have seen it and it's beautiful!

Great product and better customer service. I had an issue and the customer service was outstanding. I had a reply email within an hour and a solution to the problem shipped out that same day. Very impressed. I never thought I needed a ��smart�� toilet but it has been a great purchase. Strongly recommend.

This overall toilet looks sleek and elegant. The heating function is excellent!! Not to mention, it heats the seat and water almost instantly. It absolutely is created to suit the users needs. As well, the auto flush feature works well. As I was inquiring more about the toilet, customer service was very responsive to respond to my inquiries quickly and friendly. This toilet is better than expected! I GREATLY recommend this. Will be implementing it in the rest of my bathrooms of my house! :)

This toilet was recommended by a friend and I purchased this toilet to just try first, results were great with the heated seat and instructions were really easy to follow. Planning to buy two more to replace my other toilets at home.

I bought 2. Had them a while now and I'll never go back to normal toilets.

Working well after a few months, but the sensor is a mindless design. Can��t adjust the motion sensor, so it will open/close anytime someone passes by even when the door is closed. They also could have put the manual flush button where it is self evident so that your guests don��t need to be given instructions

It's been only few weeks of using this product, but so far we have been very impressed with overall quality and functionality. Only reason for giving 4 stars is, that toilet lacks certain functionality present in other previously using bidet-toilet i.e. auto function (one button does all). Also as far as i can tell, there is no temperature display unit change (F/C). Seems that device is made primarily for US market. I like the ability to disable person's presence - a necessity for smaller rooms. Thank you!

No grip in the back made it challenging to locate on the brackets. It only has three adjustments for seat warmer, bidet water temperature,air dryer and bidet water pressure. The bidet nozzle doesn't sing and dance like competition and definitely needs more water pressure... it's just kinda lackadaisical. The air dryer isn't centered so your left cheek gets toasted while it misses the center of the show. I think it is overpriced considering the other brands' functionality.

I am not sure how long it took to install as I hired a plumber. I am very happy with my purchase
